Order and delivery


How do I place an order? 

When you are interested in purchasing a product at www.bnrwatersport.com please fill in the form next to the product or send an email to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. In case you intend to buy more products please write this down.

BNR Watersport will reply to your query as soon as possible. Shipment requests will receive a quote for transportation by email. 

After you have agreed on the offered shipping costs BNR Watersport will send you an invoice by email. It is possible to pay by bank transfer or to pay by iDeal or PayPal. Paypal can charge a fee when you send a payment to a foreign account.  

What is the amount of shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the individual product(s) and the delivery address. BNR Watersport has partnerships with different transport companies in order to offer you a favorable rate for shipment.

When will I receive the product(s)?

An order will be shipped within 7 working days after the payment has been received by BNR Watersport. The delivery time depends on the transport method.  

As soon as the parcel has been collected you will receive a tracking number by email, or you will be kept updated about the changing status of the transport (for example ‘picked up’/‘in transit’/’delivered’).  

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has been collected at BNR Watersport, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email, which will contain the status of your parcel (picked up/in transit/out for delivery/delivered) or you will receive a code to follow your parcel. This depends on the transport company / method.

How can I pay?

Returns  

How do I return my item(s)? 

If you would like to return a product purchased at BNR Watersport please follow the steps below. 

  1. Send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.to inform BNR Watersport that you want to return the product. The customer has Please write down the invoice number, the individual product(s) and the reason for return. Don’t forget to write down your International Bank Account Number. 
  2. Bring back or ship the product to the following address:

  1. We will process your return within 10 working days after we have received the item(s). 
  2. We will process your refund within 14 days after we have received the item(s).   

Please note that: 

    • According to the general terms and conditions, all return costs (shipping costs) are on behalf of the customer. 
    • If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal (right to return products) he shall report this by email within 14 days after he has received his order. If a customer exceeds the time to report a withdrawal, BNR Watersport is not kept mandatory to accept the return.
    • After this notification the customer has another 14 days to return the item to BNR Watersport. 
    • The consumer shall return the product as soon as possible but within 14 days counting from the day following the notification. 

 

According to the general terms and conditions applicable to the purchase agreement, all return costs (shipping costs) are on behalf of the customer. It is also possible to return the product in person on the address of BNR Watersport.

How do I know if you have received my return?

 You can check your tracking number.  How fast is a return processed?

 Within 10 working days after receiving the returned items, we will process your return.
